Jeff Russell, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jeff has more than three decades of successful operations and business development experience with focus on the healthcare sector. He has lived in five countries in three continents and visited more than seventy countries with significant global connections. Jeff brings a wealth of related knowledge to the table as leader of Cornerstone BPO.
He has C-level experience with both single and multiple location operations. Whether start-ups, turn-arounds or helping transition good operations to those that can be deemed outstanding, Jeff leverages vision, functional expertise, strategic thinking, and team alignment to achieve organizational success. Jeff forms delivery teams based on each client’s unique needs.
Over the past five years he has led projects for clinics, hospitals, medical device manufacturers, nutraceutical companies, medical labs, and telehealth organizations. Recent projects have included those related to enhancing dermatology, Durable Medical Equipment, regenerative medicine, telehealth, wound care, medical contact center and primary care.
Additionally, Jeff has significant expertise directing initiatives within clinics, medical lab chains, hospitals, and medical device manufacturers. This includes acquisition and retention programs. He has a track record that includes reviving underperformance and overseeing rapid growth strategies.
Dr. Joseph Kaminski, Medical Director
Dr. Kaminski is a board-certified radiation oncologist. He has held academic, private practice, and corporate positions including Senior Medical Staff and Medical Officer at the National Institutes of Health, Lead Medical Officer at the FDA, and faculty positions at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Medical College of Georgia and Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, University of Toledo.
He has over 80 publications which include the areas of immunotherapy, low dose radiation effects, radiation oncology, and gene therapy; he has served as a panel member, the chair for meetings and advisory boards, or a consultant for industry including Varian Medical Systems Inc., Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, National Council for Radiation Protection and Measurements, Society of Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Effects Research Foundation, among others.
Dr. Kaminski has residency training in radiation oncology and nuclear medicine from Vanderbilt University and Fox Chase Cancer Center. His undergraduate and medical degrees are from Georgia Institute of Technology and the Medical College of Georgia, respectively.
Dr. Kaminski serves as Medical Advisor to Cornerstone Business Solutions and Cornerstone BPO. He also oversees any of our activities related to fundraising on behalf of our clients.
Lucy (Ludmila) Micheva, Director of Operations
Lucy has more than 25 years of business experience mostly in administration, accounting, and operations management. She was born in Bulgaria and immigrated to the USA in 1998.
She has senior management experience with managing a myriad of activities with multiple moving parts which is invaluable for Cornerstone BPO. Lucy’s deep knowledge of each Cornerstone BPO service line allows her to hold team members accountable for delivering stellar results on each project.
Lucy leads a team of experts that provide unparalleled support to healthcare organizations including hospitals, clinics, medical product manufacturers and medical technology companies.
Lucy is responsible for overseeing support operations for the company.
Jacob Colvin, Director of Outsourcing
Jacob has more than 25 years of experience and oversees Cornerstone BPO outsourcing operations. He focuses on delivering stellar results to our clients.
He realizes that senior leadership oversight is needed on all projects regardless of size. This is a key differentiator when Cornerstone BPO is compared to other organizations handling outsourcing projects for healthcare clients. His vast experience in recruiting, training, quality assurance and analytics is key to total client satisfaction.
Jacob has vast experience in matching client needs with the support they require and then helping facilitate its success.

Moin – Financial Management
Moin has 17 years of successful financial management and consulting experience with focus on supporting various healthcare sectors such as hospital & clinic support, pharmaceutical production and more.
For example, he has considerable experienced arranging funds for various projects and in operation of ongoing projects through arrangement of working capital loans from lenders from different parts of the world. Cornerstone BPO often finds that its clients need assistance with raising capital, financing various activities, etc. Moin is focused on helping with these types of projects.
Moin support Cornerstone BPO operations by financial projections and statements for our clients. He assists with business structuring and financial modeling. He also extensive knowledge in general insurance, company incorporation and licensing procedures.
Moin oversees all finance activities related to the company.
Zaheer – Researcher & Data Analyst
Zaheer is a professional researcher and data analyst. Over the past ten years he has led projects for clinics, hospitals, medical device manufacturers, nutraceutical companies, medical labs, and telehealth organizations.
Specifically, as a Research Analyst, he investigates market activity, evaluates past performance, assesses future trends, and helps develop strategies for Cornerstone BPO clients. Zaheer is proficient with data analysis using quantitative and qualitative statistical methods. Using his numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Zaheer is adapt at developing actional research reports for corporate clients.
Recent projects have included those related to enhancing various hospital department operations that required his skill sets in association with other Cornerstone BPO team members.
Zaheer leads Cornerstone BPO market research activities using his extensive knowledge and degree in Economics.
Atif – Content Writer
Atif is a professional content writer for the healthcare sector with more than six years of experience.
He leaves no stone unturned to research and explore ways to flourish in writing techniques. Atif loves to convert vision into reality by providing creative, authentic, and persuasive content writing service for our clients.
Specifically, Atif has exceptional research and writing skills with experience overseeing 200+ projects in more than 12 countries since being associated with Cornerstone BPO. Many of these related to proofreading, editing, and restructuring content.
